New Customer Information

• Propane gas tanks can not be set under decks.
• Cylinder blocks are provided for tanks to sit on.
• Tanks are installed with 10 gallons of propane gas, customer will be charged for this propane gas and for the installation. The propane gas truck will come by later to fill the tank.
• The hose on our propane gas trucks reaches up 100 feet. Remember this when planning tank placement.
• If you are unable to be there when tank is set, mark the spot where the tank is to be set with a stake, flag, big rock, etc.. Let us know if you need a couple of days notice to make arrangements to be there, as well as a number where you can be reached.
• 100# tanks are the only tanks sold filled with propane gas. 100# tanks are a flat fee to fill. Our propane gas trucks must be in your area to fill 100# tanks.
• Up right tanks can be set next to your house. The sizes for upright tanks are 100# and 120 gallon propane gas tanks. All other size must be set 10 feet from the house and installation is free up to 10 feet. If you decide to set your tank over 10 feet you will be charged additional installation fees.

Payment Terms: 10 days net. Maximum 30 days. Limit one delivery. A finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% annum) on all balances over 30 days. A discount given if paid within 10 days of delivery.
